  From time to time, I like to take stock of my life, reflecting on where I came from and where I am going. I remember the "last room," as everyone called it, where we would play, engage in lively conversations, study, and sleep. Our laughter was contagious, filling the room with warmth and togetherness. I am continually amazed that I have reached an advanced age with a healthy body and mind. When we are young, growing older never crosses our minds. But the years go by, and suddenly you are sixty or even seventy years old, wondering where the time has gone. I never felt like I was getting old, always full of energy, staying active, and enjoying life. The only time I usually become aware of my age is on my birthday.
